Performance Pay Metric Implementation. The objective of this project was to implement a new system for performance-based pay within the organization (ServiceXCEL), which is currently helping to incentive and reward employees based on their individual and team achievements. With this new metric in place, the organization is working towards creating a more dynamic and motivating work environment for their employees.
